How to remove the custom fee when purchasing a gift card?
| 1. Desktop > POS Dashboard. Login. |  |
| 2. Settings > Configurations > Merchant |  |
| 3. To remove custom fee, uncheck the box "Apply Custom Fee & Cash Discount when purchasing Gift Card." Click Save. You will be prompted to restart the system. |  |
