Warranty Details 


What is Covered by the Warranty? 

BLOGIC SYSTEMS only warrants  against damage caused by defects in equipment under normal use for 1 year from date of retail purchase from BLOGIC SYSTEMS or from authorized BLOGIC SYSTEMS  retailers by the original purchaser (the “Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers. If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 1 year limited warranty period, BLOGIC SYSTEMS will, at its discretion, either: (1) Repair the product defect; or (2) Exchange the device for a new one.


What is NOT Covered by the Warranty? 

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. high altitude or sand, food, dirt or similar substances) Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use. A device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by BLOGIC SYSTEMS or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by BLOGIC SYSTEMS but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use.


Cost associated

If still under warranty, $0 + shipping. If not covered in the warranty: device price + shipping. 


This Limited Warranty does not apply if we determine in our sole discretion that the defect has been caused by abuse, negligence, accident, misuse, loss, theft, abnormal wear-and-tear, improper transportation, installation (not completed by a Blogic Systems representative), acts of God, such as hurricanes or floods, or servicing (upgrading, expansion, disassembly, repair, or other modification) by anyone who is not specifically authorized by Blogic Systems. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a remedy within a reasonable time of your proper filing of a warranty claim.
