How to check the display settings on the POS when the POS display does not show anything on the scree but you can see the buttons if you remote into the device.
1. Open WINDOWS settings.
2. Display Brightness, the screen will open,
3. Confirm if the brightness level is down. The brightness level needs to be 100%.
