Troubleshoot: My Apps are not showing

Why aren't my apps showing in the POS? For example, my Walk-Ins app is not showing.



Troubleshooting Steps:



Step 1: Re-start through Get Menu


Step 2: Exit and re-open POS app


Step 3: Check App Visibility


1. In POS app, open Settings
2. Under the left hand menu, select VISIBLE.
Check the checkbox for the application you want to have visible. Alternatively, f you want to hide an application, uncheck the box.
