Printer Setting - How to Disable Printer Beeping

This guide will walk you through the steps on how to disable printer beeping in Windows.

Steps:

1. Type printer in the Windows search bar, then select Printers & scanners.
2. Click on the name of your printer and select Manage.
3. Select Printer properties.
4. In the Printer Properties dialog box, select Device Settings.
5. Under Turn on alerting: select Turn off alerting.
   1. To turn the beep back on, select one of the Alert options
      
6. Click Apply > OK.
