PAX S300 - How to verify internet connectivity on device

Step 1. Press the F and 1 keys at the same time, then enter the password: 1 or 8559 or 6688

Step 2. Press the down arrow key once. Select 2. Communication and enter the password as in step 1

Step 3. Press the down arrow key twice. Select 1. LAN Parameters

Step 4. Press the down arrow key once. Select 4. PING. Here, press the green key.

Wait for the screen to display

WWW.GOOGLE.COM 

PING OK

That means your device is connected to the internet and can make payments
If the ping result does not return OK, the device is having internet connection problems. Try restarting your internet router and then restarting your device.
