How to Set Up Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty Program Setup Guide

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Customer & Loyalty. In the Loyalty section, click on Details 

3. How Customers Earn Reward Points:

• Points per Item:
  • Customers earn a specific number of points for purchasing certain items. This is set up within the Products/Items section.

• Points per Amount Spent:
  • Customers earn points based on the total amount they spend.

• Points per Visit:
  • Customers earn points when assigned to a ticket and meet a minimum purchase amount.

• Earning and Applying Points: Customize how points are earned and applied.

4. How Customers Redeem Rewards:

• Free Items: Customers can redeem specific items as rewards. These are set up within the Products/Items section.

• Discount on the Entire Sale: Customers receive a percentage or fixed amount discount on their entire order. Only one redemption is allowed per order.

5. Set Up Products/Items: Go to Products > Items.

Select the items you want to set up for earning and redeeming points.

To earn points, a customer must be assigned to a ticket containing items with earning points enabled and must complete the purchase:

7. Redeeming Points:

Order redeemable items:

• Add items with redemption points enabled to the order.
• Assign customer to the ticket:

• If the customer has enough points, they will receive a system notification.

• Select the item to redeem:

• A "Redeem" button will appear. Clicking it will redeem the item and mark it with a red "R":

Complete the payment:

After payment, the ticket will display the customer's remaining points, total redeemed points, and redeemed items with a $0.00 price.
