Why should I print a test slip?
Printing a test slip offers valuable insights into your printer! It verifies that your printer is powered on, paper is loaded correctly, and it can physically print. Additionally, it provides networking details about your printer's internet connection.
Before printing a test slip, always ensure your printer is properly connected:
- Check if the power cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the wall outlet.
- Confirm that an Ethernet cable is connected from your printer to your router.
How to print a test slip
- Hold feed button.
- Turn off printer. Turn on printer.
- Let go of the feed button.
- Press feed one more time to clear error indicator
