Add or Remove COMP REASON in system

How to add or remove COMP REASON in the system. 


Access Settings


1. Open Dashboard > Login
2. Settings tab > Configurations from menu
3. General Tab > Manage
4. A new window will open up to update your list

Add Reason

  1. Click on + button located on the bottom of the screen
  2. A cursor will populate on the NEW REASON NAME 
  3. Enter the name you specify followed by a description. 
  4. You will have an option to select from a drop down to CANCEL ITEM, CANCEL ORDER, COMP ITEM or DISCOUNT ITEM
  5. When finished click on CREATE, that will save the changes to the system.

Remove Reason

  1. Click on the red 'trash' icon. This will delete the comp reason. 
  2. A confirmation screen will require you to click YES confirmation to delete the reason.

    Once reason has been deleted it it will need to be added manually again.
